§ 38.2-134. Definitions to include other insurance of same general kind.

The definition of any class of insurance enumerated in this article shallinclude insurance against other loss, damage or liability of the same generalnature or character, or of a similar kind, if the insurance may reasonablyand properly be included in the definition and is not specifically includedin the definition of some other class of insurance.
