§ 38.2-1007. Notice to policyholders of meeting to approve conversion.

At least thirty days before the meeting of policyholders required by §38.2-1006, the insurer shall mail notice of the meeting to each policyholderat the last known address or shall deliver the notice in person to thepolicyholder.
