§ 38.2-1058. Felony for State Treasurer to dispose of securities illegally.

If the State Treasurer disposes of any securities deposited with him underthis title, other than as provided in this title, he shall be guilty of aClass 3 felony, and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine double theamount of the disposed securities.
