§ 38.2-1303. Printed forms to be filed by insurers; certificates to domesticinsurers.

A. The Commission shall be responsible for prescribing the type of blank ormay prepare and distribute printed forms or blanks to licensed insurers forstatements, reports, schedules or exhibits required by law or order.

B. The Commission shall furnish without charge to domestic insurers anycertificates required to entitle them to do business in other states orcountries.
