§ 38.2-1304. False statements, reports, etc., deemed a Class 5 felony.

Any officer, manager, attorney, agent or employee of any insurer or surpluslines broker who is responsible for making or filing any annual or otherstatement, report, exhibit or other instrument required by this title and whoknowingly or willfully makes or files any false or fraudulent statement,report or other instrument shall be charged with a Class 5 felony. Ifconvicted, such person shall be guilty of a Class 5 felony.
