§ 38.2-1325. Alternate filing materials.

If any acquisition referred to in § 38.2-1323 is proposed to be made by meansof a registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933 or incircumstances requiring the disclosure of similar information under theSecurities Exchange Act of 1934, or under the Take-Over-Bid Disclosure Act (§13.1-528 et seq.), the person required by § 38.2-1323 to file an applicationmay use these documents in furnishing the required information.
