§ 38.2-1445. Separate accounts deemed Category 1 investments.

All investments made in compliance with this article shall be deemed Category1 investments except that nothing contained in this section shall beconstrued to affect or apply to any insurer licensed pursuant to theprovisions of Chapter 42 (§ 38.2-4200 et seq.) or 45 (§ 38.2-4500 et seq.)of this title.
