§ 38.2-1502. Jurisdiction and procedure.

The jurisdiction of delinquency proceedings shall be determined by generallaw, except that if the Commission files a delinquency proceedingapplication, it shall be filed with the Circuit Court of the City ofRichmond. Unless otherwise provided, all delinquency proceedings shall beconducted as a suit in equity.
