§ 38.2-1516. Receivers to file reports, etc., with Commission.

Each receiver appointed in delinquency proceedings shall file with theCommission annually a report of the affairs of the insurer in the formprescribed by the Commission. Each receiver shall file with the Commissioncopies of all reports, petitions, court orders, and other pertinent papersdealing with the delinquency proceeding.
