§ 38.2-1517. What included in annual report of Commission.

The Commission shall include in its annual report the names of all insurersagainst which delinquency proceedings are pending under this chapter, and thenames and addresses of any receivers of the insurers. The report shall showwhether or not the insurers have resumed business or have been liquidated,and shall contain any other matter that will inform the policyholders,creditors, stockholders, members and the public of the current status of theproceeding regarding each insurer.
