§ 38.2-1711. Examination of the Association; annual report.

The Association shall be subject to examination and regulation by theCommission. The board of directors shall submit to the Commission, not laterthan each May 1, a financial report for the preceding calendar year in a formapproved by the Commission and a report of its activities during thepreceding calendar year. Upon the request of a member insurer, theAssociation shall provide the member insurer with a copy of the report.
