§ 38.2-1807. Sale of accident airtrip insurance by means of vending machines.

Any insurer qualified to transact business in this Commonwealth and to writeaccident airtrip insurance may solicit applications for and issue policies ofaccident airtrip insurance by means of mechanical vending machines in publicairports. The machines shall be under the supervision of an appointed agentand the insurer shall comply with all the requirements prescribed by theCommission for the conduct of the business.
