§ 38.2-1815.1. License required of resident health agent.

A. No individual who is a resident of this Commonwealth shall obtain alicense as a health agent from the Commission unless he has passed anexamination in a form and manner prescribed by the Commission.

B. An individual may obtain a license as a limited lines credit insuranceagent, a limited lines life and health agent, a motor vehicle rental contractinsurance agent, or any other type of license of restricted authority thatthe Commission may deem it necessary to recognize for the purposes ofcomplying with § 38.2-1836 without taking such examination.
