38.2-1826 - Requirement to report to Commission.

§ 38.2-1826. Requirement to report to Commission.

A. Each licensed agent shall report within thirty calendar days to theCommission, and to every insurer for which he is appointed any change in hisresidence or name.

B. Each licensed agent convicted of a felony shall report within thirtycalendar days to the Commission the facts and circumstances regarding thecriminal conviction.

C. Each licensed agent shall report to the Commission within thirty calendardays of the final disposition of the matter any administrative action takenagainst him in another jurisdiction or by another governmental agency in thisCommonwealth. Such report shall include a copy of the order, consent to orderor other relevant legal documents.

D. The license authority of any licensed resident agent shall terminateimmediately when such agent has moved his residence from this Commonwealth,whether or not the Commission has been notified of such move.
