§ 38.2-1857.4. Term of licenses; renewal.

A. Every license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be for a term expiringon June 30 next following the date of its issuance and may be renewed for theensuing license year, upon the filing of an application in the formprescribed by the Commission and payment of the nonrefundable renewalapplication processing fee prescribed in § 38.2-1857.3.

B. Any licensed resident surplus lines broker who has moved his residencefrom this Commonwealth shall have all licenses immediately terminated by theCommission.
