§ 38.2-228. Proof of future financial responsibility.

At the request of a named insured, a licensed property and casualty insurershall provide without unreasonable delay to the Commissioner of theDepartment of Motor Vehicles proof of future financial responsibility asrequired by the provisions of Title 46.2.
