§ 38.2-2022. Advisory organizations defined.

For the purpose of this article, "advisory organization" means any group,association or other organization of insurers, located within or outside thisCommonwealth, that assists insurers who make their own filings or rateservice organizations in rate making, by the collection and furnishing ofloss or expense statistics or by the submission of recommendations, but thatdoes not make filings under this chapter for the kind of insurance involved.
