§ 38.2-2103. Information to be printed on policy.

There shall be prominently printed on every policy issued on property in thisCommonwealth (i) the name of the insurer issuing the policy, (ii) thelocation of the home office of the insurer, and (iii) a statement specifyingwhether the insurer is a stock company, a mutual company, a reciprocalinsurer, or other form of insurer. If the policy is jointly issued by morethan one insurer, the information shall be included for each insurer.
