§ 38.2-2207. No policy to exclude coverage to employee.

No policy or contract of bodily injury or property damage liability insurancerelating to the ownership, maintenance, or use of a motor vehicle, aircraftor watercraft shall exclude coverage to an employee of the insured in anycontroversy arising between employees even though one employee shall beawarded compensation as provided in Title 65.2.
