§ 38.2-2220. Use of form after adoption.

Except as provided in § 38.2-2223, after any standard form is adopted by theCommission, no insurer shall use any form covering substantially the sameprovisions contained in the standard form unless it is in the preciselanguage of the form filed and adopted by the Commission.
