§ 38.2-2233. Installment payments of motor vehicle insurance.

Whenever an insurer who accepts payments of insurance in installments and hasa set date for the payment of an installment unilaterally changes the duedate for such installment payment, the insurer shall conspicuously disclosethe new due date for the installment payment. This section shall apply to allpolicies of motor vehicle insurance, as defined in § 38.2-2212, issued orrenewed on or after October 1, 2002.
