§ 38.2-2411. Furnishing court clerks with information as to licensed insurers.

In July of each year the Commission shall furnish the Clerk of the SupremeCourt of Virginia and the clerk of every circuit court in the Commonwealth alist of the names of all fidelity and surety insurers in the Commonwealth,together with a statement of the assets and liabilities of each of theinsurers. Each clerk shall file the list in his office.
