§ 38.2-2505. Risks limited to those specified in this chapter; personalliability for loss.

No mutual assessment property and casualty insurer shall insure against anylosses except as specified in this chapter. Any officer or agent whoknowingly or willfully violates or who causes the insurer to violate thisprovision shall be fined in accordance with § 38.2-218.
