§ 38.2-2704. Inspection of property.

Any person having an insurable interest in real property and tangiblepersonal property at a fixed location in this Commonwealth is entitled, uponrequest, to an inspection of the property by representatives of the residualmarket facility to determine whether the property is within the definition ofqualified property. A copy of the inspection report shall be made availableupon request to the applicant, his agent, or the insurer.
