§ 38.2-2813. Commissions for placing and servicing risk with association.

For any medical malpractice insurance or incidental coverage policy issued bythe association, the commission payable to the person that places the riskwith the joint underwriting association or services the risk shall be limitedto 5 percent of the annual premium for the policy or $1,000, whichever isless.
