§ 38.2-2908. Review of actions or decisions of Association.

Any insurer, applicant or other person aggrieved by any action or decision ofthe Association or of any insurer as a result of its participation in theAssociation, may appeal to the board of directors of the Association. Thedecision of the board of directors may be appealed to the Commission withinthirty days from the date the aggrieved person received notice of the board'saction.
