§ 38.2-2911. Public officers or employees.

No member of the board of directors of the Association or of the board ofdirectors of the stabilization reserve fund who is a public officer oremployee shall forfeit his office or employment, or incur any loss ordiminution in the rights and privileges associated with his office oremployment, because of membership on either board.
