§ 38.2-2913. Liability.

There shall be no liability imposed on the part of, and no civil cause ofaction of any nature shall arise against, the Association or thestabilization reserve fund, their boards of directors, agents, and employees;any service carrier or its employees; any participating insurer or itsemployees; any licensed producer; the Commission, its authorizedrepresentatives, members or employees; or any committee established by theAssociation's board of directors or its members or employees for anystatements or actions made in good faith in carrying out the provisions ofthis chapter.
