§ 38.2-3000. Supervision and control of Fund by Commission; payments fromFund.

The Uninsured Motorists Fund, referred to in this chapter as the Fund, shallbe under the supervision and control of the Commission. Payments from theFund shall be made on warrants of the Comptroller issued on vouchers signedby a person designated by the Commission. The purpose of the Fund is toreduce the cost of the insurance required by subsection A of § 38.2-2206.
