§ 38.2-3329. Misstatement of age.

Each group life insurance policy shall contain a provision that an equitableadjustment of premiums, benefits, or both shall be made if the age of aperson insured has been misstated. The provision shall contain a clearstatement of the method of adjustment to be used.
