§ 38.2-3341. Standard provisions required.

No industrial life insurance policy shall be delivered or issued for deliveryin this Commonwealth, unless it contains in substance the provisionsprescribed in this article or provisions that are, in the Commission'sopinion, more favorable to policyowners.
