§ 38.2-3349. Table of nonforfeiture options.

Each industrial life insurance policy shall contain a table showing thenonforfeiture options available under the policy each year upon default inthe payment of premiums during at least the first twenty years of the policy,or during the premium-paying period if less than twenty years. There shallalso be a provision that the insurer will furnish, upon request, an extensionof the table beyond the years shown in the policy.
