§ 38.2-3422. Examination.

Any person that fails to show that it is regulated by another agency of thisCommonwealth, any subdivision of this Commonwealth, or the federal governmentas provided by § 38.2-3421 shall be subject to an examination by theCommission to determine the organization and solvency of the person andwhether or not the person is in compliance with the applicable provisions ofthis title.
