§ 38.2-3512. Notice; waiver.

The acknowledgment by any insurer of the receipt of notice given under anyindividual accident and sickness insurance policy, the furnishing of formsfor filing proofs of loss, the acceptance of such proofs, or theinvestigation of any claim thereunder shall not operate as a waiver of any ofthe rights of the insurer in defense of any claim arising under the policy.
