§ 38.2-3523.3. Requirements for those marketing group accident and sicknessinsurance.

Insurance marketed to certificate holders of a group which does not qualifyunder § 38.2-3521.1 or § 38.2-3522.1 must be marketed by a person holding avalid life and health insurance agent license as required by Chapter 18 (§38.2-1800 et seq.) of this title.
