§ 38.2-3534. Notice of claim.

Each group accident and sickness insurance policy shall contain a provisionthat written notice of a claim shall be given to the insurer within twentydays after the occurrence or commencement of any loss covered by the policy.Failure to give notice within that time shall not invalidate or reduce anyclaim if it can be shown that notice was given as soon as reasonably possible.
