§ 38.2-3606. Outline of coverage.

Pursuant to the authority granted in § 38.2-223, the Commission may issuerules and regulations that may (i) require that an outline of coverage forMedicare supplement policies be delivered to the insured at the time theapplication is made and (ii) prescribe the format and content of the outlineof coverage.
