§ 38.2-3738. What laws applicable.

In the event of conflict between the provisions of this chapter and otherprovisions of this title, the provisions of this chapter shall becontrolling. Subdivisions 1 and 2 of § 38.2-508 shall not apply to theinsurance subject to the provisions of this chapter where application ofthese subdivisions would conflict with the requirements of any federal agency.
