§ 38.2-4022. Certain contracts with undertakers, etc., forbidden.

No burial society shall contract to pay or pay benefits provided undercertificates of membership, to any official or designated undertaker ormortician or person engaged in the business of conducting and servicingfunerals, so as to deprive the representatives or family of the deceasedmember from, or in any way control them in, obtaining funeral supplies andservices in an open competitive market.
