§ 38.2-4211. Change of participants.

A. Any participating hospital, person, nonstock corporation or physician mayresign from a plan at any time but will continue to be liable on eachsubscription contract then in effect. However, this liability shall notextend beyond the end of each such subscription contract's current contractyear.

B. Hospitals, persons, nonstock corporations and physicians may be admittedto a plan at any time and will then automatically become liable on all itsoutstanding contracts.
