§ 38.2-4224. Licensing of agents.

Subscription contracts may be solicited only through life and healthinsurance agents licensed in accordance with Chapter 18 of this title. Homeoffice salaried officers whose principal duties and responsibilities do notinclude the negotiation or solicitation of subscription contracts shall notbe required to be licensed.
