§ 38.2-4313. Licensing of agents.

Enrollee contracts may be solicited only through life and health insuranceagents as provided for in Chapter 18 of this title. Home office salariedofficers whose principal duties and responsibilities do not include thenegotiation or solicitation of enrollee contracts shall not be required to belicensed.
