§ 38.2-4320. Authority of Commonwealth to contract with health maintenanceorganizations.

This Commonwealth is authorized to enter into contracts with healthmaintenance organizations on behalf of its employees and the citizens of theCommonwealth, including contracts to furnish health care services torecipients of medical assistance under Title XIX of the Social Security Act,42 U.S.C. § 1396 et seq.
