§ 38.2-4407. Board of directors of plan created by attorneys.

Notwithstanding the provisions of §§ 13.1-675, 13.1-677 and 13.1-855 to thecontrary, any legal services organization operating a plan created by a groupof attorneys shall have a board of directors consisting of no more thanfifteen members of whom a majority may be providers of legal services. Thissection does not apply to a plan operated under § 38.2-4403.
