§ 38.2-4410. Quarterly reports.

In addition to the annual statement required by § 38.2-1300, the Commissionshall require each organization to file on a quarterly basis any additionalreports, exhibits or statements the Commission considers necessary to furnishfull information concerning the condition, solvency, experience, transactionsor affairs of the organization. The Commission shall establish deadlines forsubmitting any additional reports, exhibits or statements. The Commission mayrequire verification by any officers of the organization the Commissiondesignates.
