§ 38.2-4414. Renewal of organization license.

A. Each legal services organization shall renew its license with theCommission annually by July 1. The renewal license shall not be issued unlessthe organization has paid all fees and charges imposed on it, and hascomplied with all other requirements of law.

B. The Commission shall not fail or refuse to renew the license of anyorganization without first giving the organization ten days' notice of itsintention not to renew the license and giving it an opportunity to be heardand to introduce evidence in its behalf. Any nonrenewal hearing may beinformal. The required notice may be waived by the Commission and theorganization.
