§ 38.2-4507. Change of participants.

A. Any participating dentist or optometrist may resign from a plan at anytime but will continue to be liable on each subscription contract then ineffect. However, this liability shall not extend beyond the end of each suchsubscription contract's current contract year.

B. Dentists or optometrists may be admitted to a plan at any time and willthen automatically become liable on all its outstanding contracts.
