§ 38.2-4511. Corporation's contracts with participating dentists oroptometrists.

Participating dentists or optometrists shall agree to (i) perform the dentalservices or optometric services specified by the plan at the rates ofcompensation determined by the nonstock corporation and filed with theCommission, and (ii) abide by the bylaws, rules and regulations of thenonstock corporation.
