§ 38.2-4701. License required; application; fee.

No person shall act as an insurance premium finance company in thisCommonwealth until that person has obtained a license from the Commission asprovided in this chapter. Application for a license shall be made in writingin the form prescribed by the Commission and shall be accompanied by anonrefundable application fee of $500.
