§ 38.2-4812. Surplus lines insurers subject to Unlicensed Insurers Process.

Every insurer issuing surplus lines coverage under this chapter shall besubject to the provisions of Article 1 (§ 38.2-800 et seq.) of Chapter 8 ofthis title.
